ANNUAL INSURANCE/REGISTRATION/MEMBERSHIP FEE
Included is the registration of all students to the National Governing Body "Australian Taekwondo" who are members of the World Taekwondo Federation (this means all ranks are internationally recognised) and membership to SCTKD.
Normally $100- per year for new members. (10% discount applies to any additional family members)

TERM ENROLMENT FEES
Enrolment fees are paid in advance per term and are a flat rate based on a 7 week term.
When a term is longer than 7 weeks there will not be any extra charge.
Students are notified in advance of any planned club closures in the club calendar (see members tab above). If your instructor is unable to attend your scheduled class time due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via text message on your mobile.
The enrolment due date for current members is set two weeks prior to grading day. Students who wish to grade must have no outstanding amounts.
Maximum class size cut off's will be set and those that have not enrolled by the due date risk missing out on thier ideal class, and may be placed on a waiting list.

GRADING (BELT PROMOTION) FEE
Your instructor will let you know when she believes you are ready to be promoted to the next level. Students must confirm grading attendance two weeks prior to grading day at the time of re-enrolment in classes for the following term. Students must confirm online with payment by the due date, in order to attend grading. Grading fee's start at $50 and increase with belt colour. All SCTKD ranks are internationally recognised.
MISSED LESSON POLICY.
There will be no refunds given for missed lessons, however, if a student missed lessons due to sickness or injury (doctors certificate must be provided), a credit will be applied to the invoice for the following term, only for the amount of missed lessons less than the 7 weeks charged. (that is, members are only charged for 7 weeks of classes so if they have missed classes but still attended 7 weeks, they will not be eligible for a credit, as they have not attended less lessons than they are charged for.
